Using the dashboard

The Settings view (, shortcut or the header’s SETTINGS → button, #settings in the URL) covers the same ground as this runbook from the app: an Account panel with the frozen config and a RUN DOCTOR button, Fleet defaults, Local (the run log), and a DANGER block that opens the teardown drawer. The drawer walks Review (the live plan plus the same four option checkboxes) → Confirm (both the twelve-digit account id and the literal word teardown, typed) → Progress (the same phase list, streamed), then falls back to the wizard on its own once meta.get reports initialized: false.
